About
I think of HR less as a set of policies and more as the quiet work of helping people do their best in the roles they're in. Across Lixil, Junglee Games, Lenskart, Cuemath and RTDS, I've spent time on succession planning, performance conversations, onboarding and the small everyday rituals that shape how a team feels.
I like the parts of the job that involve listening carefully, asking better questions, and making things a little clearer for the people around me.

Architecting leadership pipelines that make critical roles defensible. Identifying HiPos, designing development journeys, and running the assessment centres that produce succession decisions the business can act on.

HR Business Partner, Talent Management — India, IMEA
Designed and launched LEAP, a structured succession planning and organizational development framework to identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent across India. Ran an Assessment & Development Centre (ADC) for 25 HiPo candidates using competency frameworks to evaluate leadership readiness, and crafted individualized development journeys aligning growth plans with business-critical capability needs. Owns the Management Trainee and Summer Internship Programs end-to-end for a cohort of 25, led an onboarding redesign to accelerate time-to-productivity, manages the annual performance cycle for India, and serves as Local HRBP for the Digital team.

Assistant Manager, Employee Experience
Led employee experience for 250 employees — driving engagement, retention, and policy compliance. Moved eNPS from 45 to 50 through strategic interventions and employee connects, monitored early attrition triggers and supported succession planning, ran quarterly Pulse Surveys with leadership-led corrective actions, and spearheaded mentorship, engagement events, and the Quarterly Rewards & Recognition program.

Managed the annual performance management process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary guidelines. Trained managers on delivering constructive feedback and appraisals, guided decisions on promotions and personnel movements, ran campus recruitment projects, designed monthly people-insight dashboards, and implemented the WFO transition policies.

Designed and executed performance management processes, coaching managers through cycles. Built and automated HR processes on the HRMS portal, handled grievances for 250–300 employees across India, the US, and Dubai, and led engagement initiatives including 1-on-1 and skip-level connects.
